Do UCs look at college courses taken during High School?

Hello,
I currenlty have something bugging me. I applied for the Fall 07 term to a few UCs and when I was inputing my grades, for some reason it only let me input the grades for up to the Fall '05 semester only. I contacted each of the UCs I applied to and let them know of the courses that I have taken at my community college while attending High School (since they do show up on my transcript). Now my question is, do you guys know if UCs will calculate those units into the GPA that they will have base towards my admission?. If they do calculate those units (12 in total) then I will end up with a lower GPA. =/

Thanks in advance.

All courses taken at a college will show up on your transcript.

Yeah I am aware of that, but my question is, since those units were taken during my high school career, will the UCs, for the purpose determening admission, put those courses to get my UC GPA? or will they only take into account the grades that I received after the Fall 05 semester?

I am really confused about that. =/

When I applied for transfer, every class I took at my community college was counted.
