Hi, I'm currently a sophomore and I am not a bad kid. I was never suspended, and never expelled, well... for now but I don't think I ever will. Anyways today I received a referral for "cheating". Last week was my first week of school and one day, my AP euro teacher made us answer video/movie questions. In the beginning he told us not to ask others for answers and stuff. So at the end of class, I had 4 questions out of 10 done. I panicked so I asked this kid behind me if I could see his answers real quick but the teacher saw took my paper and gave me a zero. I didn't really think of it, I just accepted that I didn't listen to him and I deserved it. But today I was called up to the disciplinary office and said that I was caught cheating and was receiving a referral and a saturday school. Honestly, that wasn't fair what my teacher did. It was the first week of school and he could have let me pass with a warning or something. He didn't have to write me up for "cheating". And so here I am, asking you guys if UC's look at those kind of marks.

It wasn’t even a test or a quiz. It was like some stupid “hey welcome back to school, now to refresh up your learning skill, here’s a 10 question worksheet and a movie”. I don’t like cheaters too but this really shouldn’t be considered as cheating.

You cheated, deal with it.

I came here asking for help, if you’re not going to help then get out
