I'm a sophomore in HS, and I was recently caught cheating on a small quiz, and I received a 0 for the quiz and a referral that led to an honor code violation. Now, I was wondering, do UC apps ask questions about activity such as this (Did you violate the HS honor code) and, because this is not on my permanent record, but rather my HS Disciplinary record, would they ever look? The vice principal said that colleges would never see this because its not on my record and permanent record, but I am still a little troubled about this.
Thanks in advance

ur probably fine. have you learned your lesson? :D

Yes, I realized my mistake the second I did the action. The vice principal kind of knew that so he let me off with just an honor code and a 0 on the small quiz, rather than giving detention, putting it on permament record or transcript, or even suspension. I’m just doubting his word that colleges will never see it or ask about it

i am looking for some insight, can anyone share there views on this please? much appreciated

You are fine, colleges won’t see it at all. Just don’t do it again!
