Do undergrads from State universities have any hope at all?

Basically, here's the situation. Do good grad schools (ivy league for example) consider students from state schools, or just play it safe and grant admission to students with an ivy league degree? I'm applying to a few good rated schools (carnegie-mellon, stanford etc), and I don't know what is a 'realistic' goal anymore. Here's my stats.

Undergrad: Comp Science from Michigan State University
GPA: 3.7 - 3.8 depending on my final semester.
2 internships
3 recs from profs.
Perfect GRE score
etc.

I know my school isn't the best, but in general, do people like me manage to get into top tier universities? (Any other information base off my question you think I may be interested in knowing feel free to share). Thanks in advance!

I think you still have a chance… but I can’t say any more.
