Ok Ive been researching this for a while and need some insider lowdown on how to get into a top Cheg Grad Program: MIT, Texas-Austin, minnessota and wanted a few things cleared:
Ok lets say i dont have a gpa of 3.95 and my rank in the graduating class is 3.
But i have say one publication and a lot of diverse research experience and an 800 on the gre quantitative.
Then apart from that I've done like language exams in 2 languages and I have done volunteering work and won nonacademic competitions. Is all this a reasonable target from an undergrad? Also my undergraduate degree is from a university abroad, barely renown.

Im sorry i didnt proofread i mean that i do have a 3.95
