it says on assist.org
UCSD Earl Warren College, WRITING
Upon transfer to UCSD, students will be required to complete 2 Writing courses,
Warren College Writing Program (WCWP) 10A and 10B. There are no courses
equivalent to WCWP 10A and 10B.

Is there anyone from Warren can confirm the information?

I think Ogi is right since assist.org also says transfer students who have completed IGETC only need two more upper-division GE after transfer(see the last paragraph of the article SkyHope quoted above):

For students who have completed their lower-division general-education
requirements at an accredited four-year college and for students who have
completed a systemwide or campuswide approved core curriculum in a California
community college prior to entering UCSD, all the above requirements are
replaced by two upper-division courses non-contiguous to the discipline area of
the major. All other transfer students must complete the same general-education
requirements above.
