My family makes delicious, very saturated coffee that I drink black, and we have an espresso machine too. If I don't watch myself, I get addicted (two cups a morning, one after school, an iced one between snack and dinner), but I don't drink it for the energy boost. I like the way coffee tastes.

Coffee is also a social thing, with all the coffee houses and Starbucks in my area.

I don't drink coffee; I feel like it's the "cool" thing for teenagers to do, and I'm happy with my non-conformist ways! :D Plus, it tastes nasty.

I used to drink soda, but I haven't drank it for two weeks or so now. I'm happy with water and milk as my drinks of choice.

I don't really think it's the cool thing for teenagers to drink coffee. I hardly know any teens who can drink coffee. My friends think I'm weird for being able to stand it.

I've been in a Starbucks exactly twice. Like I said, there are no Starbucks stores in my area. And I seriously only know of a few teens who drink coffee. And coffee is much healthier than soda (which I am guilty of drinking on a regular basis) and sports drinks (which nearly all teens that I know consume in large quantities). Besides my daily coffee, I usually just have lots of water the rest of the day. Though I probably drink too much water too.... I drink about 2 liters of water per day.

I don't drink coffee but I drink soda a lot 'cause it's usually what's around in my house... I know it's not "thirst quenching" on the cellular level, but it FEELS like it quenches my thirst, sooo... XP

I drink coffee on important days (big tests and the such (but not during track meets, since that'd be illegal)) or on days where I didn't get much sleep.

I abhor caffeinated drinks. I had a monster once, and almost threw up.

I just started drinking coffee recently. I drink a mug in the morning about 7/8 coffee and 1/8 milk. I like tea too, but iced more than hot and I don't drink it everyday. I really don't like energy drinks, they're usually either too sweet for me or really weird tasting. And I rarely drink soda, but when I do its usually Coke, which has caffeine in it but that has nothing to do with why I drink it.

I personally think that coffee is the most vile, disgusting drink ever contrived by man. The grossness is only exacerbated when sugar and/or cream is added––the bitter, god-awful taste of the coffee permeates what normally are delightfully sweet ingredients.

Coffee is putrid swill. I vow never to drink it. EVAR.

"I drink coffee on important days (big tests and the such (but not during track meets, since that'd be illegal))"..since when was drinking coffee before a track meet illegal

I find coffee to be absolutely disgusting, no matter how you dress it up. It smells great though.

I have this weird addiction to carbonated beverages, I don't care if they have caffeine or not, I just need the bubbles and HFCS. I'll drink energy drinks occasionally, mainly Monster. I don't want to drink it so often that the effect wears off. A bunch of people have testified to 5 Hour Energy being amazing, so I might try that the next time I need a boost.
