I succeed at both. I usually wear a sweater over a button down so I’m warm and comfortable, and everyone else loves my sweaters too. It works out really well.

Am I the only one who think girls can be hot in comfortable clothing? In fact, it’s awesome when girls are…idk. and lol “everyone loves my sweaters”

I’m a girl, and I dress for comfort. Jeans + T-shirt = My typical school/weekend wardrobe. And it bugs the heck out of my mom too, haha.

Though, I will get dressed up a bit for special occasions.

Fringe, I completely know that feeling of having your mom be irritated by your fashion choice.

My mom makes fun of me all the time. Apparently, I take no pride in my appearance.

I like to look cute but not like I’m vying for attention…skinny jeans, boots, cute sweater. It’s a nice happy medium between comfortable and slutty.

i admit:

i really love it when girls wear these “saggy” boots:

http://reading.kingrat.biz/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/boots-and-bamboo.jpg

esp. the black colored ones-i just digg em. . . :o

I love it when guys wear skinny jeans (I like skinny guys… I hate muscles).

LOL LOOK AT THAT SKIRT!

its enough to make two regular sized ones.

i hate it when guys wear sweats. something about it is just really unappealing to me.

i stay away from guys in skinny jeans- its just too,i don’t know…

^^guess I’m gross then (to the sweats, NO NO NO to skinny jeans, they look…too tight). Haha, cause sometimse I do. they are comfortbale…and i dont mind when girls do :)

What are you trying to imply? That you can make two mini skirts out of that?

I hope not. Midi skirts are sophisticated. And pencil skirts are awesome.

There are leggings in different colors and patterns ya know, not just black. Tights are classier, but so much less comfortable/casual.
Guys in skinny jeans are a no in my book. I like the straight-leg/fit look.

What do you think? That they’re gay?

My ex-boyfriend of 8 months wore nothing but skinny jeans (girls size 0/1). It was wonderful.

ChocolateBanana, I like it when guys wear sweats.

haha yay!

Yeah, I think girls can look hot in sweats+sweatshirt…like…IDK, clothes do matter…I think there are just many more options for girls, even at higher-class things (more types of dresses, gowns…guys just have suits/tux)

Definitely more options for girls. For guys though, its all in the details. Sometimes its more obvious like how well it fits, sometimes its more subtle like fabric, stitching, etc.

Hmm, I would say both.

I, in fact, enjoy wearing dress shirts/sweater vests + jeans more than say…sweat pants and a plain t-shirt. I mean I try to dress comfortably, but generally whatever is comfortable is fairly fashionable (and attractive) at the same time.

I think it’s about dressing to your body and emphasizing the features you like Obviously if you hate your legs don’t wear skinny jeans… ditto with waist and tight shirts.

Also, maybe it’s just me, but does anyone else feel that jeans can also be kinda uncomfortable? At home, when I’m the comfiest and no one else is around, I just wear and oversized t-shirt with a sports bra and sweats. It looks hooorrible, but is seriously the most comfortable thing ever :P

Oh and for school, I dress in like jeans and a nice t-shirt. Not like… oversized this doesn’t fit me t-shirt, but semi-tight ones. Happy medium between comfortable and slutty :P

Happy medium between comfortable and slutty?

Now, she’s not wearing jeans and a t-shirt, what she’s wearing is definitely not comfortable, but it’s not slutty either.

Uncomfortable doesn’t mean slutty.

How is that dress uncomfortable? Sundresses are always comfortable.
