<p>My friend who currently lives on campus will be moving off next year, and she was told that the amount of financial aid she currently was receiving would drop next year since she won’t be living on campus.</p>
<p>My other friend who currently commutes was thinking about living on campus next year because she’d receive more financial aid.</p>
<p>So yes.</p>
<p>I was told that because it costs less to live off campus, (assuning you still share a room and are careful with spending on food) that the amount is less but that you still get aid to cover living expenses.</p>
