<p>Loans are not automatically accepted. You can choose to accept them, even at a later time when you need the money.</p>

<p>If you accept money from financial aid, that money gets sent to CARS.</p>
<p>If you are going to pay for fees, that money gets sent to CARS.</p>
<p>All fees (tuition, housing) gets sent to CARS.</p>
<p>Anything left over after the fees are taken gets refunded to you.</p>
