do you need to be rich to enjoy ucla's "night culture"?

I mean.. clubs in Sunset are pretty steep...

Where is namaste...

No you dont' need to be... for most clubs, they are like $10-15 to get in (granted you have to be conscious of certain nights and such). if you plan on buying drinks or parking your car, well, that's when it adds up. no drinking, no driving, and it's like a trip to the movies.

But then, who isn't going to drink at a bar/club? :)

dhl, go to berk!!!

Yeah go to Berkeley. We're tired of you spamming our sub-forum. :(

uhh... how is this a spam? and this is only my 3rd or 4th thread here....

parking is usually like 8 bucks. and i ordered a shot of grey goose before at a club, or rather, my friend ordered it for me, and it was 12, so yep, drinking and driving really does add up haha.

Yes. Places on Sunset Blvd. are ridiculous compared to Westwood.

It's common knowledge that you get drunk b4 you go to the club, pay to get in, then get 1 or 2 drinks while there....keeps the price low and the good times high.

You can go clubbing when a differnet campus organization hosts it usually every Thursday.

Usually presales are $10-$20. Parking can be reduced by carpooling. Drinks are ~$5-10 depending on venue.

Overall, I think $20-25 is a fair amount of spending for a night.
