<p>You don't have to submit it. Better yet, you can't submit it. :D</p>
<p>The paper version of the essay certainly implies that you are supposed to send it in. I'm too lazy to go and look but I think they tell you how to send it as an electronic file.</p>

" Imagine one photo or picture that you have, or would like to have, and tell us why it is meaningful to you."</p>
<p>Yeah. When they say "imagine," to me that means you are not expected to submit the photo.</p>
