for the AP/IB section, do you put which AP tests you are going to take in your senior year?
also how do colleges know whats your senior workload if i apply early decision?

Yea, you can if you have enough room.

It says Date taken/to be taken.

sweet thanks!

So if you have more than 9 AP tests (6 taken, 5 or 6 to be taken), do you fill in as many pending as possible and put the additional ones in additional info then?

yeah what toshimelonhead said, what if you have more than 9?

I would only put your higher score, jakeiscool, because the way that the information is presented to the people on their end they might see the bad one first and then form an opinion that you aren’t always prepared. Sorry, that didn’t come out very well. Maybe someone else can explain why you shouldn’t (or should, for that matter) better than I.

For toshimelonhead and Neon Green, it instructs you to put them in the Additional Info section. On mine, I typed something like, “In addition to the AP exams listed in so-and-so section, I’m also taking such-and-such exams my senior year.” I didn’t say, “Because they didn’t fit,” because I thought that that would make me look arrogant.

awesome, thanks nickwasy

One of the advantages of filling out the common app online, you can definitely put more than nine AP exams on the Common App. I’m not aware of a limit online.

You can only put 9 on the paper app. That’s one of the downsides with the paper app.

Once you put in more than 9 online, you are told that you aren’t allowed to put down any more in that section. Sucks.
