Do you suggest taking free period with this schedule?

Im a senior next year. My schedule:

Calc Bc
Ap Chem
Ap Lang
Ap Gov
Ap comp sci
Physics C (not e&m)
free period (maybe).

So I intially took a free period but everyone I talked to says its not a good idea. This seems like a rough schedule but most of the teachers for these courses are pretty lax. I still want to take free period which lets you go home early. Opinions?

Does that mean you have a lunch AND a free, or just one free total?

Why not?
10char

I’d go with a free period.

You’re a senior, take the free period. That’s a pretty rough schedule, too, so yea, I’d take the free period.

I would take the free. You’ll probably need to take some time for yourself between those classes.

I’d go with a free. :)

Thanks guys im pretty sure ill go with free period so that it wont be as stressful. Also, the schedule I posted above is only 6/7 slots including the free period which lets you go home early last block.

Would it be wise to take it both days? Or should I fill that extra slot by continuing from spanish 4 to spanish 5?

Both days! :stuck_out_tongue:
Unless if you like Spanish.

people were trying to talk me out of it cause they said it looks bad for colleges.

Free Period!! Almost every AP class in my school is hard~! Those classes look hard. Free period won’t hurt right? :)

I’d take the free period. What looks bad to colleges is taking a lot of rigorous classes and then not getting great grades in them or 4/5s on the AP exams. A free period would allow you extra time to study or work on your college apps, since you’re a senior. :)

Take a total slack class like sociology or team sports

Regardless of what my schedule is senior year, I’m taking a free. Why? Because I’m gonna be working my ass off the next two years, and deserve it. Did you take rigorous classes 9th, 10th, and 11th grade, and get pretty good grads? Then, it’s all good. What you don’t want is to look like a tryhard with no life by taking a crazy amount of APs in 12th grade.

My opinion anyway.
