Do you think I could get into UMass Amherst?

I'm a senior in HS, and I'm applying to colleges. I live around 2-3 hours away from Amherst, but I've seen it and it looks so nice! My friend and my friend's brother attend UMA, and they say it is nice, especially the honors program. I'll tell you guys about myself:
My GPA has always been atleast a 4.0 (the highest it was was around a 4.45), my SAT score is currently a 1680, and I'm an honors/AP student. I am a Mock Trial captain, volunteer at the MSPCA from 1-5 on Saturdays (I work with small animals, cats, and dogs), went to Massachusetts Girls State, and was a co-captain on a Relay for Life team last year, and I'm a Relay for Life captain this year. My friend whose brother goes there thinks that I could get in, but I feel my SAT scores are a bit low- I want to go up to at least a 1800-2000. I really want to go to UMA, since I may have gotten the Abigail Adams scholarship (tuition waved to any state school). Do you think I have a chance?

I could post more information, if you guys want. I got 3’s on my AP USH and AP Eng. Language exams, I got an APUSH award for highest average in the class, and am getting recommendations from my APUSH teacher, and possibly my Mock Trial captain. I am planning on studying for the SATs with my friend, and studying vocab with my friend or my AP English Lit. teacher. I really wanna go to UMA.

The Adams Scholarship is for tuition only. Tuition at UMass is a little over $1700. All the rest of the money is listed as fees.
