Hi everyone! My name is Jacob and I'm a senior in high school. This is my first post on this forum and definitely won't be my last.

Let me begin to say that the deadline for early decision for Carnegie Mellon is due in about 7-8 days. I plan to apply early because this is the school that I have my heart set on. Since the only part I have left of the application is a one-page supplement essay, I'm feeling pretty confident. However, I still have my doubts about being accepted. Let me list my achievements first. Also, I'm applying as a Mechanical Engineering major.
