Do you write in past tense or present tense when writing in the Activities Section？

<p>I did some activities in the past and I know I should use past tense
But many activities like my current job and extracurriculars, I still do it (even today)
Same thing goes for my EC essay. I intend to write about an activity that I still do today
So do i use past tense or present or present tense to describe activities that I still currently do?</p>
