<p>...first quarter isn't over by the time you need to send your transcript, so no. They will eventually see your senior grades, but when they're making early decisions.</p>
<p>If you want to send them, you can, but it is not required and there is no specific form in which to report them. I sent mine because they were good, but you don't have to. You do have to send a mid-year report and final report if you are admitted tho.</p>

<p>Colleges will sometimes ask for them, but they wouldn't make you send them with your application since obviously first quarter wouldn't be over by then. Cornell asked for my quarter grades, which my counselor faxed. (I applied there ED because I thought that unlike Penn, I'd actually have a shot there, but ended up getting rejected, I'm not sure what I'm doing on this board, to be honest.)</p>
