<p>LOL; Love your thorough outline. We are considering Dobie but I have heard extremely conflicting opinions. Have searched all the threads and online reviews and am now more confused than ever. The location is primo and it looks great from the outside. Probably should have taken a tour but it was 105 degrees last week when we were in Austin. Would like to hear facts from anyone who lives/lived there recently.</p>
