When I try to send out recommendation requests, I get the error “You are not eligible to access the Document Upload System because you do not have a current application for admission on file.” Does this mean I need to finish the entire ApplyTexas application (essays and all) to send out requests? I have a teacher that only writes recommendations if she receives a submission form.
