I took US history, even though I never studied US history a day in my life I just took a book and read, I thought it will be interesting and I didn't expect to break the 650, although it might sound stupid I wanted to learn about the history of the country in which I want to study. do you think that this score will look nice as:
4 test out of 3 that I need to send or as a 3 test out of 3 I need to send?

That depends on what sorts of school you’re applying to (how selective they are, what their average SAT II scores are) as well as what your other scores are.

I am also applying for top schools
by far I have just MATH 2 with 770

Then a 620 is going to hurt you more than it helps.

Are your SAT scores in the 700s or 600s? Are you going to apply to college this fall? Are you willing to take other SAT IIs?

I took other SAT 2, so the history will be an additional score (one more than I required)
I need to retake my SAT some of it is above 700 other is in the 600 area.
and yes this fall

Well now you can choose not to send the 620 with Score Choice, so I think that’s your best option.

I know I can, but I wonder if an additional score of a subject I don’t supposed to know may say something about my desire to study new fields

It’d show your interest well if you did very well on it, yes. Since you didn’t get a great score for top schools, it will probably hurt you more than it will help you.
