I just looked at my full score report and apparently, I omitted 2 whole questions on CR. This is pretty irritating seeing as I remember missing none, so the only way that that isn't a machine malfunction is if I missed a final page containing 2 questions on one of the CR sections.

Also, if I order the QAS to check, will I be able to see my actual answer sheet? If I did, I could determine if I really need it handscored ...

Yes, there was a back page with only two questions-- I believe one had to do with the author’s tone in writing to her daughter (answer: didactic), if that helps.

Sadly, my daughter realized only after the next section started that she had failed to turn the last page on CR and therefore omitted two questions. Had she seen them and gotten them right, she would have had a 790 on CR; omitting 2 and missing 2 yielded a 750. On her version of the test, it was section 9 (although I realize that sections come in a different order on various versions).

Another CC poster said he or she had done the same thing.

I don’t know whether you would see your exact answer sheet if you ordered the $18 Student Answer Verification Service, but you would find out the question numbers of the ones you omitted, so you could determine whether they were the last two questions.

It is possible. It’s usually difficult to do so because it’s not the last section so you’d probably notice it as you turn the page to the last Writing section. But I guess it can happen if you flip over two pages at once.
