Does anyone else here still watch Barney? (or listen to Barney songs?)

Omg his shows and songs of eternal love and happiness and cleanliness are sooooo dazzling:D It's like becoming a baby nestling again :D

Oh lord. 10char

stares

10 char

Why so shocking? I listen to his wonderful songs every day. It makes me so MAD whenever people make songs about flushing him down the potty :(:(

if we all listened to him, we woudn’t have any war or violence. we would all love each other and be a happy family. :)

why doesn’t anyone listen to him? i understand that tweens want to rebel against him. but they should return to his wise teachings of eternal peace and love once they’re done rebelling.

personally I think Barney should be made required reading for high school students. at least for the sake of moral values.

Omg! I know, right? I love Barney. I’ve had the biggest crush on him since I first saw him in pre-school.

…I hope this thread is meant to be sarcastic.

Meds not kick in yet, or dying off? :P

Dying off. :stuck_out_tongue: But sometimes they don’t really make me less distractible. they just make me more alert, but task-switching is still often a major pain.

**** yo’ Barney. Dinosaurs are no good. Get locked with him in a room with no food for a week, and it’s done, man. He’ll eat your goddamned face. All that stuff about love and compassion is actually a conspiracy. A conspiracy to eat you alive.

Dinosaurs will be dinosaurs. They’re carnivores who are indifferent to human life and will eat your ass regardless of how purple and high-on-ecstasy it is. Check out the bears animation on collegehumor.com. Although it’s a bit gory (so don’t watch it with younger siblings), it makes a good point.

But srsly, BARNEY?!?!?!?!

I’ll admit I FLIPPIN’ LOVED THE EPISODE Barney Campfire Sing-Along when I was little. I just found it on Youtube. Hell yeah thanks for reminding me

I wish I still had it on VHS… grr

[awkward silence]

hahahahahahahahahahaha

I was watching Barney today with my little sister; and you know what, he is awesome!

I’m up to 18 mg… Still nothing. I guess I’m going to end up on 60 mg though, so I have a bit of time to wait. :D

I never watched Barney. What a terrible show.

The criticism section of Barney and Friends page on Wiki kind of humors me:

This isn’t a joke is it? I still watch it if I can catch it on, which isn’t often. Teletubbies was completely ■■■■■■■■, but Barney is the greatest.

No large purple dinosaurs for me. I turn to Disney for my nostalgia ;)

17 years old and I love Barney and all his PBS friends. Basically most of us watched it during childhood, it made us curious, use our imagination, etc. I just love them! They contributed to my love for reading and writing. Thanks PBS for putting shows for viewers like me! …eehhhh I need to grow up XD

^ Hahaha miss that

I watched it when I was three, I remember a video with Barney onstage and there was a witch as well. I think that witch contributed to my irrational fear of puppets and witches. But all in all, Barney the Purple Dinosaur is awesome. He’s purple, a t-rex, and a friendly dude!
