You know what i'm talking about CC, that person who seems to have everything: good looking, popular, nice/friendly,straight A student, going somewhere really far in life. I know a few at my school, do you guys have any at your school?

of course. we have 1 in the sr class and jr class

yep and one of them happens to be my bff
haha

Don't let appearances deceive you. No one has a Stepford life.

Uh... I am that person. Haha and the reality is that I have severe depression and anxiety.

So like Central Perky said, don't let appearances deceive you.

But yes, there are many at my school like that.

I would probably say not, although I suppose romanigypsyeyes could be an exception (don't really know her well). There was someone I knew who was like that, and he still lives somewhere close by, but he goes to a different school now.

^^ You met me ONCE :P.

And there are a few...

there are like two girls in my class who are like that and about one guy who fits

that would sort of fit me i guess. i was voted best all-around and stuff like that. i make all a's too and im really good at cross-country. for some reason, and i really don't know why because i don't consider myself to be good looking, a lot of girls seem too like me. a lot of people seem to think im perfect and i have a perfect life. if they only knew.... :(

And months ago. I don't even remember what you look like. Basically, all I know about you I've learned from CC.

^^ Which is creepy when you think about it :P.

Everyone at school thinks I'm that person. I'm not though.

^ Agreed. They always exist, but everyone has their share of imperfections.

It's like that one poem, "Richard Corey" by Edwin Arlington Robinson.

WHENEVER Richard Cory went down town,
We people on the pavement looked at him:
He was a gentleman from sole to crown,
Clean favored, and imperially slim.

And he was always quietly arrayed,
And he was always human when he talked;
But still he fluttered pulses when he said,
"Good-morning," and he glittered when he walked.

And he was rich—yes, richer than a king,
And admirably schooled in every grace:
In fine, we thought that he was everything
To make us wish that we were in his place.

So on we worked, and waited for the light,
And went without the meat, and cursed the bread;
And Richard Cory, one calm summer night,
Went home and put a bullet through his head.

oh gosh....i hate to be so supercilious but...that person you described is me.

ugh, i feel so guilty...:)

There's always at least one at every school.
Alot at mine.

yes, or at least they ostensibly are.

Actually I don't think so... There are quite a few people who seem to have that great confidence and great grades or looks, but I don't think all at once. At least not for my grade. I can think of one for the year above me though

Yes, definitely.
I don't think she is too happy, though. She strives, and she seems to be very tired because of it.

Same with this guy I know.

yeah definitely there's a few kids that are like that, but i also kinda think im close to that characterization ;)
