I really want to go out of state but I don’t know how I can possibly pay. I have been scouring google for hours, does anyone know any good scholarships that I can enter? Please, please any help is appreciated.
Aren’t you the student who wants to attend a ~$45k/year school? If there are any outside scholarships that will cover that amount of money, they’ve likely been awarded by now. The best aid comes directly from the colleges and generally goes to freshmen. Do you have any affordable in state options?
Are you looking for outside scholarships which will cover the full cost for you to attend Purdue at $45,000 a year? If so, you are not going to find those. Any of the generous and competitive scholarships have deadlines that have LONG since passed for this year’s seniors.
The best scholarships come directly from the colleges. Purdue didn’t give you a scholarship. It is an OOS public university for you. IU probably won’t other since you applied late to Kelley. And NYU Stern is about $72,000 a year. How will you pay for that?
What is your state of residence? Does your state have grants for low income kids? Are you low income? Did you apply anywhere instate…or did you just assume OOS schools would give you the necessary money.
Are there any other pending applications still out there for you?
What is your plan B if you can’t pay for these schools?
