I ended up in cuarto, but I was hoping for a more traditional style res hall. Does anyone want to trade?

Do you want a single in Tercero?

i got cuarto as well

damn it

Suite style isn’t that bad right? How come you guys don’t like cuarto. The only reason I put it as my 3rd choice was because of the distance (I don’t have a bike), so I have to walk. Living style-wise, it’s not that bad right? You have a private pool!

@ plushminkie: is that single just a single or is it in a suite configuration?

if it’s not in a suite configuration, i would like to trade. i have a single but its in a suite.

It’s in a plaza suite style. Idk what that is because it says “no room layout image available.”

Oh, and I’m a guy by the way. So I can only trade with guys.

when i lived in the dorms last year i lived in thompson (segundo north) but i was in cuarto all the time because their rooms are so much easier to hang out in… plus you’re right next to the park if you’re into 420. segundo was a good central location though bc it’s on campus, but on the edge and close to frat row :)

Who are your dorm mates and suite mates for Cuarto? I have a single in Thille Building F in Tercero if you’re interested.

Cuarto has the best DC, they got custom salad makers. As well, nice old ladies are there to serve and scan you ID cards.

Agree that Cuarto’s DC is the best one. People in Segundo and Tercero should really try it out.

Cuarto is cool in a Miami sort of way. The stairs are turquoise bars and the paint is a pinkish/orangey/salmon color. It actually has some advantages. There is a bus stop right in front on both sides of the street, people can hang their close out to dry on their balconies (save some money), close to the new Trader Joe’s, there is a private pool so residents don’t have to go to the rec pool, and it is close to the freeway (cool for those who have a car). I know it sounds cool to have a roomate, but during finals you are going to come to LOVE your relatively more private suites. Trust me, you don’t want a roomate’s snoring or obnoxious behavior bothering you at 3:00 AM when you are working hard to study for your 7:00 AM chem final. Or worse, he/she annoys you while you are studying but becomes a jerk when THEY are trying to study. I’m not even going to mention the advantage of having less people using/sharing your bathroom.
