So I want to transfer to UCSB as Pre-Sociology in Fall of 2018. I planned what classes I will take and I found out that I will barely have 60 units (the minimum required) done by the Spring before I transfer. The problem is that I was assuming I would get credit for my AP Spanish and Language test that I got a 5 on while in High school. I just read the conditions to TAG to UCSB, and #5 on that page says “Complete at least 60 UC-transferable semester units/90 UC-transferable quarter units (excluding AP/IB/A Level units) by the end of spring.” Does that mean the credit I have from my AP test will not count towards those 60 units required?
