I am planning to apply to Rutgers and think I have a good chance of qualifying for some scholarship money. Would submitting my application earlier (i.e by the EA deadline) increase my chances at a larger scholarship? Or, is the size of the scholarship independent of when one applies as long as one applies before the December 1st deadline.
