<p>No. Only certain programs tend to be open at campuses for winter and/or spring terms. UCs may choose to defer your admission to those terms, however, to offer you a spot.</p>
<p>There are very few programs within the UC and the CSU’s with winter/spring admits due to budget cuts. Maybe Riverside or Merced, but limited programs so you need to check each school individually to see if they are receiving apps for those terms. A few schools may defer you until winter such as UCB and UCSD but they will do this with the fall application cycle.</p>
