Does applying to Jerome Fisher affect regular acceptance

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>I applied to the Jerome Fisher Program with SEAS secondary. I desperately want to go to Penn either way. Does applying to the program in any way hurt my chances of being accepted versus applying just to SEAS?</p>

i almost applied to vagelos LSM (dunno what i was thinking…), and i was told that it would not affect my CAS app. in any way.</p>

<p>lsm does sound amazing, but i’m really not interested in the business aspect of it…just the life sciences (planning biochemistry or biological basis of behavior). haha.</p>

<p>i’m in CAS. i didn’t apply for LSM. i almost did, but then i realized that i wasn’t interested in business.</p>

<p>ahhhh, i can’t wait till march 31. do you think a lack of really getting any sort of notification about anything from penn means rejection? haha</p>

<p>i got an email saying they received my penn financial aid supplement… that’s it!</p>

i meant i didn’t get any notification that my app was complete or that my financial aid app was complete</p>

<p>some other colleges said my finaid app was complete when i called them… but then proceeded to tell me to fill out more forms. haha.</p>

<p>oh i did not receive any of that information either. i wouldn’t worry about that - apparently they are really swamped right now still.</p>
