As in, if I want my major to be Pre-Med (which I do), should I apply undecided so admissions doesn't look in depth at my science and math grades/scores?

No, not really. Colleges know that even if you pick a specific major, its very likely that you’ll change it early on.

Ok, so they won’t say that I’m not up to that major’s standards? I don’t want my chances to be lowered at all because I had a B in science instead of an A
And by the way, does majoring in General Biology still have the same information as majoring in Pre-Med? Since some of the schools I’m looking at offer Biology instead of Pre-Med

Actually, from that perspective, it might make a difference. If you’re very weak in say, math, applying to be an engineering major might not make sense. However, for top schools, you should be good across all of your subjects, so in that case it wouldn’t matter.

In regard to your pre-med question, I assume you’re planning on eventually going to med school, right? If so, it doesn’t really matter what you major in. Hell, you could major in history and still get into a top med school program. Essentially, the only things that matter for med school admissions are your college GPA and MCAT score. Thus, you should major in something you like and something you can get a very high GPA in.

That’s fantastic to know, thank you so much!
and I don’t plan on applying to any top schools, so hopefully that won’t affect me too much!

Some colleges admit by school which boils down to admiring only so many for a particular major - they will only admit so many undecideds but those schools will also only admit so many bio majors for example so it should not make a difference.
