<p>It occured to me that I never heard any one on this site say that they had recieved this scholarship, is it only for freshman? If not is there a minimum gpa to recieve this scholarship or the oppurtunity to go to the next level? Thanks in advance</p>
<p>I know UCLA does (4.0s only from what I hear) so I don't see why Cal wouldnt</p>
