Does Columbia send out decisions via Fed-Ex?

<p>I could be getting this completely wrong, but does Columbia Fed-Ex acceptances and send deferrals/rejections through regular mail?</p>

<p>FedEx hates me. =/ When I ordered my laptop, they stopped in front of my house, talked to my neighbor, but didn't give her anything, and moved on. It was hours later before they actually gave me my laptop. DX I think they love to tease me.</p>
