Yes...i believe

Cornell uses the Common Application, which asks for all of your ACT sections and the total score. Other (top) institutions that use the Common App include Duke, Harvard, Stanford, Northwestern, (most Ivies). Berkeley does not, but I also believe there is a space to put your ACT scores.

what I meant is that like SATs, schools take the best score from each test and combine them to create the highest score..

I looked into this last year and can tell you for a fact that they DO superscore the ACT! Good luck!

Very Nice, thank you,
does anybody know which ivies superscore ACT?
I prefer valid information, pls..
Thanks so much

Most schools do NOT superscore the ACT, but that is beginning to change. Many other threads on this site discuss this subject.

They do superscore, but will not recalc your composite, is what I was told by an engineering admissions officer. But I think each section is more important than the composite. And it’s not hard to average 4 numbers that are usually within 4 of each other in your head, so it probably gets rescored subconsciously anyway.

But the official word last I heard was they look at the best of each section, but they don’t redo your composite.

does Cornell super-score your SAT scores?
