Does Georgetown require foreign language classes in high school?

Hello

I am not sure if Georgetown needs official transcripts of me taking foreign langauge classes or not. I took 2 years of foreign language at a local community college for some schools like the UCs that require them. The classes I took are approved by the UC system.

Google can answer that in 30 seconds. Yes they require foreign language. You can also check google or the school website to see if your college classes will sufffice.

Yes, they do. If you have questions about whether your foreign languages count, call the admissions office.

Also in the Georgetown Common Data Set, you can see that they require a minimum of 2 years of a foreign language.

Regardless of whether Georgetown requires a FL (they do), if you take courses at a community college, you have to include those transcripts to any school to which you are applying.
