Does graduating from a program accredited by "AUPHA" matter?

Hello, I'm currently in a huge dilemma and would like some advice/help. This is my other post of which someone advised me to ask in the Parents Forum. For more information on my situation I explained it in the link. I'm majoring in health care administration and have finished 3 semesters at Sacramento State University. This Spring 2013 I will be attending a CC and hope to have some help before I make the final decision to transfer to a different school or continue at Sac State to get my undergraduate degree.

What would be the advantages and disadvantages to getting a degree at a state university for an accredited or non-accredited major? For example, CSU Northridge is accredited for health care administration for the undergraduate degree by AUPHA. They also offer a master's degree for that major at the school as well. While Sacramento State University offers an undergraduate degree as well for health care administration, but isn't accredited by AUPHA instead it appears to be accredited by the American Kinesiology Association. Sac State has a huge program for Kinesiology majors for those interested in physical therapy and so on.

How would getting an undergraduate degree for health care administration accredited by AUPHA benefit me? What would be the advantages when it comes to looking for a job versus getting an undergraduate degree at a school that isn't accredited by AUPHA? Would I be able to find a job in this field of work for an undergraduate degree not accredited by AUPHA?

Any opinions or advice?
