UIUC does not seek senior grades as a basis for admission. If you accept admission, you must submit a final high school transcript containing all years grades in June. They reserve the right to withdraw any acceptance if senior year grades shown on that transcript turn out to be bad.

Do they look at them if you mentioned an upward trend in grades in your essays and your school sent them in anyway?

Wat about like all B's (if im taking 4 AP's).

i can tell you from experience that your second semester senior year grades don't count for anything. i literally got a D in calculus and my admission wasn't rescinded....and i'm in chemical engineering.

so basically if you get in now, you can stop working lol. have fun.

while yes you don't have to do awesome in your senior year after getting accepted you do still have to do decent. I have read about U of I getting tough on those who totally slack off and reinciding addmission
