Does "Indicate Number of Colleges" include medical school and residency?

<p>My dad is a physician and "Indicate Number of Colleges" is a required question on the common app.</p>

<p>Does the number of colleges include grad school or not? Or is number of colleges ONLY asking about undergraduate institutions?</p>

<p>yes but just med school counts as a college (not residency). So for number of colleges put 2. Then put the college they went to for undergrad, the degree received, and year they graduated. Then in college space #2, put the medical school they attended and the year they graduated, and the type of degree (Medical MD/DO/DDS/DVM)</p>
