So, I’m taking the ACT tomorrow and I’m currently freaking out because I didn’t properly prepare and it wasn’t until about an hour ago when I realized that. I took prep classes which I thought were sufficient but they ended a month ago and it wasn’t until today when I realized how much worse I have gotten at answering the problems. It’s too late to do anything about it now, but now I’m just really concerned. UC’s can see the scores of all the tests you’ve ever taken so what will they think if they see my first score was low but my second score was high? Will the low first score hurt my chances? I just can’t believe I didn’t start prepping earlier. I guess you live and you learn…
They only care about your highest score
If the school superscores, they only care about your highest score- in fact, some colleges have computers superscore the tests so they can’t even see your other scores.
UC’s will take the highest composite score from a single sitting but you have to submit all scores.
