<p>Technically, yes. Michigan advertises rolling admissions, therefore it is to your advantage to apply early. That said, I’m not sure there is any sound evidence to prove that applying earlier in the RD round improves your chances. I would go on the safe side and apply EA for the highest chances.</p>
