Does it matter when you submit your application?

<p>I've already turned in my UC application, but out of curiousity, does it matter when you submit your application? Do you get priority by submitting it sooner?</p>

<p>UCLA rep came to my school about 2 weeks ago and said it makes no difference at all, especially because they don't even look at them until January when you submit your Fall grades.</p>

<p>i submitted my application on December 1st at 8 or 9 pm (1 day after the deadline because the servers crashed on Nov. 31st and they extended it) and still got into the schools that I applied to. </p>

<p>in other words: it doesn't matter.</p>

<p>however, I did get my admissions notifications relatively late from all of the schools that did rolling admissions...</p>
