<p>Can you still submit applications on March 1st or can you only submit up until 11:59 on the 29th, provided the app is due on 3/1?</p>
<p>If the deadline is March 1, if it is an online submission (and doesn’t state otherwise) I would think 11:59 pm on 3/1.</p>
<p>When they say it is due by march 1 or by midnight March 1, they mean by the end of the day of March 1, so you have until 11:59:59 p.m. March 1 with that time determined by the location of the college.</p>
<p>Thanks for the replies - u guys were right - I just checked UVa’s transfer blog and it expressly said that March 1 means “by the end of the day on 3/1.” Thank god for that</p>
