Does non UC transferbale course grades matter in my decision?

Hi, Im applying for 2018 fall UC transfer.
I used to go to 4-year private university during the year of 2013-2014,
and I have about 6 W’s and 2 F’s from that University.
I have currently about 58 units in current Community College and have 4.00 ( not even a single B).

My goal school are UCB USC and UCLA, and are applying for sociology major.

2F’s I got from that University are Psychology class and Bible Class and it is considered as CSU Transferable course.
I know that I still have to write it down to my UC application and I’m scared of getting denied because of it.
Will it really matter to me? The CC councelor told me that I have a good chance of getting in to any school since I have 4.00.
(Also I have 2 W’s in the current CC and a F, (But I retook it and got an A thats how I have 4.00) right now.

Am i in a good chance of getting into those schools?

Yes you need to list them. I have no idea if the bible class is transferable, but if the psych one is you should try and repeat, if possible, at the CCC. If non-transferable, they won’t care, but you need to list them.
