Does anyone know if 100% financial aid is given to internationals? Or even locals?

Yes, Pomona meets full need for all admitted students including international students, and it does not package any loans. However, international students are reviewed on a need-aware basis if they attend high school outside of the US.

Note that Pomona meets 100% of DEMONSTRATED need. That means what they calculate your need to be. This calculation may differ from what your family feels they can afford. The result is that many families still have to borrow.
