Does SBC have an online fee waiver?

I've been trying to find if there's a waiver (as indicated by
http://www.porcelina.net/freeapps/general.html) for online applications and I can't seem to find one. Is this list outdated or am I not looking closely enough? Thanks :D

And, heck, since I have a thread up, I may as well post this pats the helpful stats profiles

You'd probably get into the honors program with a scholarship of 11 to 13 thousand.

The only thing against you are your ECs.

But besides that, yeah... don't worry.

Thanks :) Haha, yeah my ECs kind of suck but oh well :D A sacrifice in order to read obsessively and hole myself up into my room, I suppose, haha :D I explained that in part of my common app additional info part, actually. XDDDDDDDDD Umm... do you know about the fee waiver thing? Is it just outdated or what? Heh o.0
