I was wondering if SDSU rescinds their admissions often because their acceptance letter makes seem as if even a small slip in GPA can be critical.

i think that if your gpa falls .2 below your reported gpa, they might rescind. Like likes say you have a 3.5 but you slip to a 3.2, you might get rescinded. Just stay focuses and don't get senioritis.

I wouldn't worry much about your gpa. When I got admitted, I finished senior year with a very bad gpa.

The important thing is passing all your required courses and graduating. Maintain a C and you should be fine.

ok thank you, that makes me feel a lot better. I do not have senioritis, just one class is giving me a little trouble right now and I was really worried about the whole GPA thing.

I have a question. If I am in AP Calculus and I decide to drop it because i am struggling with it, would they rescind me? I called to ask and they said I should be fine but it is not definite. I am really nervous about this.

are you going to pass or fail? it's safe to keep the class if you can pass. but if you can't pass, dropping the class will look a lot better than getting a D or F.

I would only drop the class if I know I am going to get a D
