I've taken the ACT 3 times and I received my best composite (which I also performed my best in every subject area so there is no need to superscore) on the third one. However, some colleges tell me to report 'all of my ACT scores'. Does this mean I have to send in my scores for the 3 times I took it?

If I already scored my best in every subject on my third try, I see no reason to send in my other ones. It's also kind of a waste of money in my opinion.

So I'm wondering- what do colleges mean when they ask you to report all of your scores? Does it make any difference if I send in my SATs?

Thanks in advance.
