Does SSAT score last two years??????????

Dear CCers, I'm new to this place and I was pondering about SSAT scores.
My friend, who is applying to prep schools this year, have reused his SSAT scores he recieved last year... does this make sense???

He says that when he asked the SSAT site, the SSAT let him "reprint" the score report for the recipient schools. He also says that only the web-ID is valid for one year, and tests taken in previous (although it only goes up to last year's) time can be reported to the schools.

I was wondering about this fact, need help!!!!

Thks

I’m a little confused with the predicament. While it is possible to send the score report from previous years, it is not acceptable to the schools to which he is applying this year. Most schools specifically state that they will only accept scores from the August of the application year. They prefer you take the November/December sessions, and will accept the January session. Make sure your friend understands this–and is it not a bit late to be asking? Deadlines have passed for most schools (with the exception of the February 1 schools), and the January proctoring is over.
