Doubtful, but if they do it will be on the website, check the pages for international students. Public universities rarely meet need for internationals. For that matter they don’t usually for domestic out of staters. And for instaters either. Texas leaves instaters short regularly. Texas does have a condition that if you get $1,000 any type scholarship from them, they will allow you to pay instate tuition instead of the larger out of state tutition. So you would pay $21,000 instead of $40,000 per year, a pretty big deal.
