<p>Texas a and m gives out aid but not all international students can get aid because they have a small fund. You can apply for international student financial aid and you are automatically considered for a scholarship when you apply. Pray and thank your stars if you get a scholarship worth 1000 as that helps waives international students to pay in state tuition. I’m an international student and i start in spring 2010</p>
